• Ordnance Island ships within Bermuda only.

• We offer free shipping on all orders.

• Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.
   

Returns Policy

• We only accept returns for faulty goods.

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

• After 15 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies, and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims.

• We do not accept returns for non-faulty items, change-of-mind purchases, or wear and tear.
